BA Hons Business & HRM
Our programme was developed to help you to gain your essential business and management skills which will help you to identify and respond to any type of business opportunity. It is also focused on enhancing your ability to motivate and manage employees in an effective and efficient way. Human Capital has a huge role in every business and it is really important to have in-depth knowledge of rewarding, resourcing and motivating people. After the completion of this degree, your employability prospects will be enhanced as you will develop the ability to manage cross-cultural forces, to meet strategic business goals by enhancing the commitment, trust and communication between employees.
- Develop your own business idea through the Business School’s Incubator and access support through a local ‘Business Angels’ network
- Learn to innovate and adapt to volatile, ambiguous and complex situations
- Gain insights into contemporary management, business and human resources issues
- Learn how to make a successfull business plan and how to implement it in your current or future business
- Enhance your employability through internships, consultancy projects, a one-year paid placement and integrated coaching from experienced business leaders
- Work with academics and entrepreneurs who have extensive experience of human resource management, consultancy or running their own business
We accept candidates who have achieved a wide range of credentials including any post- 16 qualification in the UK. Functional, Vocational and other key skills are recognised and accepted from all around the world. Please get in touch with us to discuss the specific requirements for your country.
UK & EU Students:
- 112 – New UCAS points
- We would normally expect you to have Grade 4 / C in GCSE English and Maths.
- Must include passes at A2 in at least two subjects.
- Extended Diploma or Diploma
- Diploma with 25 points including a minimum of 15 points at Higher Level.
International Students:
- Access to HE Diploma (QAA approved) with 60 credits overall and 45 credits at Level 3
- Level 2 equivalences such as Level 2 Functional Skills in English / Maths, Level 2 Key Skills in Communication / Application of Number and Level 2 Adult Literacy / Adult Numeracy
- Overall IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 6.0 in Writing and Speaking; minimum 5.5 in Reading and Listening (or recognised equivalent).

Tuition fees cover the cost of a student’s academic studies. This usually includes teaching costs, registration and examination fees (not repeat or tailing modules, re-sit fees or coursework resubmission). Any costs associated with work placements will be the students responsibility.
